Biography

Yuval Pudik (b. 1978, Israel) lives and works in New York, NY and Paris. Working across media, including installation and works on paper, Pudik engages with histories of text-based work, iconic imagery, and industrial design. He has an acerbic and witty sensibility, and humor and play are essential elements within his work.

He received his BFA from the Kalisher College of Art, Tel Aviv in 2000, attended the graduate program at the College of Technology and Art, Tel Aviv in 2001, and the Independent Studies program, The New School and New York University, New York in 2004. He has had solo exhibitions at Rebecca Camacho Presents, San Francisco (2023); Council Street Gallery, Los Angeles (2022); Gavlak Gallery, Los Angeles (2018; 2015); and Silverman Gallery, San Francisco (2011; 2009); amongst others.

His work has been included in group exhibitions at Malin Gallery, Miami (2022); Rebecca Camacho Presents, San Francisco (2021); Gavlak Gallery, Los Angeles (2020); Ochi Projects, Los Angeles (2017); and ACME Gallery, Los Angeles (2015); amongst others.
